By attending this learning event, participants will develop an awareness of equality of opportunity and diversity so that they can work more effectively with colleagues and external customers.

We can design learning activities to incorporate existing policies and procedures in the workplace and also build activities which can address any needs your organisation has. For example, to raise awareness of a particular issue or difficulty we can design learning activities which will help staff understand the impact their actions have on others and give them the tools they need to tackle discrimination.
By exploring the Equality Act 2010, participants will learn how to engage successfully with colleagues and external customers and learn how to deal with bullying and discrimination.
Group learning sessions are best when there are at least five participants. Staff from different organisations can come together to make a large group. This has many advantages as staff can share their experiences, while maintaining confidentiality.
