We are coming towards the end of a short project commissioned by the Education and Training Foundation which is aiming to increase the number of senior leaders in Further Education and Skills from BAME backgrounds.
Working with my colleagues we have reached out to a number of aspiring leaders since January.
There are just a couple of weeks until this phase of the project ends, time enough though for interested people to complete an Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders profile assessment, funded through the project.
