Coaching is arranged around your needs. We are very flexible regarding the times, communication methods and venues we use. The duration of a coaching session is very much dependent on your needs. Sometimes you may just need a two-minute phone call, and other times you might want an hour-long face to face meeting (either physically meeting with social distancing or using video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom). We will agree on the frequency and duration of coaching sessions with you.

We know that circumstances change and sometimes you may need to postpone an arranged meeting. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to make any changes. Although it is tempting to put off anything to do with your own development in order to do something else, before doing anything, remember why you started the coaching program and focus on your own development goals! We also ask that you complete any actions you have agreed to. If you find that you are consistently not achieving what you intended to, have a rethink about how realistic your short-term goals are and amend them accordingly!
