Powered by Everything DiSC®, the workshops help teams apply The Five Behaviors® model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results to drive team effectiveness and productivity. The program is powered by Everything DiSC®, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, to help participants understand their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.

The program includes:

  • Flexible Facilitation: 7 modules with over 40 minutes of video and annotated facilitator reports. Choose the One-Day Facilitation Program or Three-Day Facilitation Program
  • Individual Profiles, participant handouts, take-away cards and activities
  • Podcasts, online resources, and a research report
  • Progress Reports and an Annotated Team Report for the Facilitator

Your dedicated trainer and coach will make sure that this learning event meets your precise needs and is the best option for you, your team(s) and your business. Participants will need to complete a Five Behaviors®  Team Development Profile Assessment at least five working days before the event so that we can provide everyone with an electronic or hard copy.

We can hold the workshops virtually, come to your workplace or if you prefer, we can find a suitable venue for you. If you have a venue that you would like to use, just let us know. Some teams prefer to hold the learning events away from their usual workplace and associated distractions, others prefer to be in familiar surroundings.
